the room was spacious, a double room. the sea view was great to wake up too. the staff member on reception was very friendly and happy to help.

the tea and coffee tray wasn't clean.

I found the staff very cute and helpful. The new refurbishment work didn't disturb my stay. the room was decent sized and very clean! full english breakfast was cooked fresh for me. the hotel's location is close to the tram stop on harrow place, offering easy access to the town centre.

The floorboards were a bit creaky at times. It's a minor detail though.

The reception area presented well. my check-in process proceeded quickly. the beds provided a comfortable sleep. Two king-size beds accommodated two adults and two children well. the hotel's location facilitated easy access, with a tram stop conveniently located directly opposite the premises.

i observed the absence of bedside lamps, which detracted slightly from the room's functionality.

a mixed experience

broken lift freezing shower

the lift did not work. my room was on the second floor, and i have mobility issues, so i struggled with the stairs. there was no hot water, and the shower was freezing. lights shone through the curtains all night.
